For products purchased through our resellers please contact your reseller.
The support is provided as email and phone with access to Zonith's product specialists for questions regarding product installation, usage assistance, problem diagnosis and resolution.

Note: The License Key (listed in the invoice or in the cover letter) is the key to obtain support on the standard software products. The License Key must always be informed Zonith prior to any support enquiry. If the customer receiving support does not have a valid support subscription Zonith is entitled to invoice for the actual work performed.
