Bluetooth Positioning

Bluetooth wireless technology is the global wireless standard for personal connectivity that is appropriate for a broad range of electronic devices – from mobile phones and headsets to cars, MP3 players, cameras and printers.

In ZONITH we use standard Bluetooth wireless communication devices for positioning and tracking. The products shown here are all complient to the ZONITH Indoor Positioning System and can be positioned and tracked at the same time as they are used for audio connectivity. 

MOTOTRBO Bluetooth Side Connector.

Bluetooth Side Adapter BSA-93001

The BSA-93001 Bluetooth Side Adapter can be mounted on Motorola MOTOTRBO radios as well as the Motorola TETRA MTP850S radio. The adapter provides full two-way audio from the radios to a Bluetooth headset.

Bluetooth Push-To-Talk Button BT-PTT

Bluetooth PTT

The BT-PTT is a Bluetooth based Push-To-Talk button that work with the BSA-93001 Side Adapter. When pressing the large button on the BT-PTT the two-way radio microphone is activated and the redio conversation starts.

The BT-PTT can be recharged from a USB cable supplied with the BT-PTT.

Bluetooth TAG

Bluetooth TAG

The BT-TAG is a Bluetooth unit that can be placed used as a non-audio device for positioning and tracking. The BT-TAG sends periodically out it's unique Bluetooth ID and this ID can then be used by ZONITH Indoor Positioning system to identify the position of the BT-TAG.

The BT-TAG can be recharged from a USB cable supplied with the BT-TAG.
