ZONITH Alarm Control System release 2.5.2 launced
The release of version 2.5.2 of ZONITH Alarm Control System is now available. This is a maintenance release, including usability improvements recommended by our customers. The changes can be summarized:
Usability:
- The introduction of an automatic display refresh for all Alarm Lists (Alarm Overview, View Active Alarms, and View All Active Alarms) to ensure the latest information is displayed to users.
- The inclusion of Alarm Location details in the Alarm Information page, providing more information on a single screen.
Alarm Log:
- The Alarm Log has been modified to support single location Alarm Log reporting.- We have increased the amount of information included in the alarm log description, e.g. it’s now possible from the Alarm Log to detect which radio failed to receive an alarm due to it being turned off or out of coverage.
- We have updated the Alarm Log to support alarm message timestamping from both the alarm source and the ZONITH Alarm Control system.
In addition some bug fixes have been applied:
- Continued development in dispatching medias including MOTOTRBO, Sepura TETRA, Motorola TETRA and Siemens GSM.
- We’ve removed a system bug and the ability for a user to reallocate Unassigned radio alarms to unregistered radios.ZONITH recommends all customers to upgrade to this version.
