Zonith Panic Alarm System Protecting Public Employees

 

The installation at the Musvågevej Job Center is almost complete. Wireless fixed alarm buttons have been put up in every office, hallway and stairwell, and Zonith TETRA Alarm Control System is now ready to automatically dispatch alarms directly to the security personnel radios by text messages.

Personnel will soon be able to feel safer in the Musvågevej Job Center. Until now security could only receive alarms on their land line phones in their office, and there were no alarm buttons outside the offices. Since security personnel have daily obligations all over the four story building, it is not very practical that the reception of the alarms could only be done in the guards' office. And since the violent and threatening behavior is not restricted to the offices, it is a big improvement that the buttons is now all around the building.

With the new Zonith system, security personnel can receive alarms immediately, no matter where they are in the building. They can respond quickly to panic alarms - knowing the location of the alarm within seconds of the panic alarm button activation.
